I N T E R I O R / Decorating Walls With Tape

Made a rectangle out of silver foil tape when I styled one of the shoots for Blackblessed and it still hurts a little that I had to take it down afterwards. So I decided to put up this temporary, geometric wall decoration up somewhere in my home; simply taping a rectangle to the wall. The slender sword lilies look even more beautiful when their visually framed by the reflecting lines.

Dit is echt weer zo'n simpel Iraida idee, waar je zelf never nooit opgekomen was. Love it!

Enne, nog gefeliciteerd met je capsule collection voor BlackBlessed! Vind het prachtige, ingenieuze stukken met de jas stipt op nummer 1.

Why do simple things look so great just because you made them? :-D
Have to try it by myself! Would you tell me, where the tape is from?

Hi Ivania, your idea is as simple as it is pretty unpredictable indeed! However, I do have a consideration when putting tape on my wall since it can peel off the paint. Any solution for this? Thanks!

You are so creative - this is a very good idea. It DOES frame your lillies, and it's so minimal I don't think I'd ever get sick of it.

I love how your ideas are constantly building upon one another, rather than constantly being entirely new and different. This isn't the first time we've seen you use this tape or use tape on a wall, and yet you find a new way to do it and keep it interesting. You think like a designer telling a story, I love that!
