Thought I'd give the two toned, half arsed half and half, or how I like to call them; 50/50 nails a try. I love how it still gives a bit of an idea that the tips of your nails are painted (which I usually find too girly), but in a more simplified, radical and less 'pretty' way. I used my favorite (non-)colors; light grey and white and instead of a glossy topcoat, I chose for matte.

Hey I saw you recommended a bag of silver mini nail studs. I want to see what you do with them. I just bought a bag of gold ones and some gold strips and am obsessing over what to do with them. So far I figured out that if you buy one of those at home gel manicure kits (you know with the uv nail polish that lasts for weeks) you can stick stuff like gold flecks and things in the top coat and its like resinned in and will last for evs. I found if properly removed that stuff will actually really strengthen and protect your nails and thicken em up even after removed. I have long natural nails now because of it. That paired with some nail jewelry for a night out is crazy good and glam paired with a simple black or white to the floor turtleneck. I wish you lived in LA I would totally make you my friend, we have a really similar design aesthetic. LOVE what you're doing, you're going to be really famous.
