Hope that everyone got what they wanted for Christmas, is surrounded by friends and family and is eating lots of delicious food instead of reading this blog post.
But for the ones who are working, for some reason can't be with their friends, that is totally fine as well. Tradition says we all MUST be have a fantastic time, look great, be perfect, have the perfect gifts on the 25th and 26th of December. If all those things aren't happening on these exact dates, who cares? There is no reason for it not to come together on any other random day of the year.
A reduced wardrobe is finally starting to pay off, in time. I got dressed in under 15 minutes, and have a spare half our for this quick update. Now off to a get myself into a food coma. Merry-whatever everyone!

I don't really like the whole must-get-a-present-for-everyone-before-the-deadline thing, I find it much more organic if I just stumble upon something that I want to give to someone and give it to them regardless of what day of the year it is.
(Without trying to make this comment my diary) I spent this year's Christmas in Japan, being alone in the evening with my favourite book, favourite music and a delicious cup of coffee. And it was so relaxing that I didn't feel like I should feel lonely just because there is no one sitting opposite me.
Happy Holidays to you too, keep up the great work you've been doing with conveying your sense of aesthetics, it's quite different from mine, but nevertheless very inspiring. :)

I fell into your blog one day when I googled love aesthetics. I wasn't looking for anything in particular. I'm sure we've all done it every once in a while, typing random things into google with no real intentions. I was just bored and in the aesthetic 'spirit/mood'. I also love aesthetics. Living beautiful, looking good, feeling good.
When I flipped the search tab over to images the screen exploded with a collage of white. I too love white, digressing a bit, I enjoyed the dapper dude's blog entry 'the power of white' about interior design. Also in my wardrobe I always make sure I have a casual pure white button down (long and short sleeves) on hand.
