Amsterdam's monday market vintage shopping
My neighbour and fellow blogger Jessica and I went to the Noordermarkt, a vintage market in Amsterdam on every monday morning. It's always such a joy to be in our capital, walk along the canals in the shade of the trees, peek into a few houseboats and buy cheap dresses on a quiet summer morning.
In the piles of secondhand clothes the pastel flowered prints, sheer fabrics or lace shirts weren't those who drew my attention. Half way a season I always get excited about the next. Winter in this case. Besides, half way past winter I had allready gathered enough lace, nudes and pastels to last me a lifetime. But at the moment I can't get those Acne wedges, Burberry's earth tones and Ann Demeulemeester silhouettes out of my head.A couple of the few things I came home with were this black ankle length silk dress, raw cristals and some copper tube beads.
