What to do on a rainy day?
Become my alter ego; a neat freak that organizes her magazines chronologically, lines up her shoes from high to low and sorts her tees according to color.
Clean house = clear mind? I'll find out after today.

Like! I am a complete neat freak/typical Virgo and sort my entire wardrobe to colour. Clean house = DEFINITELY equates to clear mind, and rainy days are the perfect excuse. ;) I sort my mags according to date too. Adore your blog. X

There is definitely something cathartic about cleaning and organizing. It's like discovering a new perspective. Cheers to being refreshed!

I do think that when your house is clean, when your interior is clean & fresh, you could relax, and think easily and peacefully (:

Totally! There's something about being tidy that can totally lighten your frame of mind. I find it really therapeutic to clean up, especially with my wardrobe!

a clean (and orderly!) house...i forgot what that's like, as i have 3 males currently here (husband of course, plus extended family). several rooms resemble a bachelor pad at the moment, haha.

your sunglasses are incredibly cool.

Those sunglasses are amazing, and woah you have a lot of magazines! I always find I have a clearer mind when my stuff is neat and organised, but it rarely is!
Btw I think you must actually have the coolest house ever! x

I looove your blog, your style and most of all the inspiration it gives me. But please pretty please spell Iittala right. It is kind of important for me since I'm Finnish and Iittala is something we in Finland are proud of. So sorry if it seems like I'm nagging, don't mean to :(

Totally! For me, cleaning is like therapy, for a brief while you're in complete control.

I love things organized neatly too, it really makes your workplace or wardrobe a please to be in.

I'm such a compulsive neat freak. Down to organizing and alphabetizing magazines/book and organizing the closet. My clothing is organized by colors and then fabric/textures. CRAZINESS, but it keeps me sane!
