Mini Furoshiki Shiki, available at Droog.com
Surely you remember my neon Furoshiki Shiki clutch by Dutch designer Samira Boon. I've now also added a miniature version to my collection for coins and cards. Because of the adhesive qualities of the material, this cross-shaped piece of plastic just sticks together as you fold it. It is inspired by the Japanese Furoshiki technique of wrapping cloth(often a square piece of silk) around objects to transport them.

I love this idea. I think it shows not giving too much importance to stuff like money even though youre showing it.. just the whole "just folding my stuff in a plastic wrap" idea has something so casual about it.

I have a coin purse in vinyl from Kurt Geiger and I love it so much. A completely clear one would actually look good beside it haha
I think I'll be getting this! Loved the neon one, but I don't really carry big clutches - this is a great alternative!

I have had this wallet for some time now and it breaks very easily, the corners rip where it folds... cool product but function sucks...
