A C C E S S O R I E S / Clinical, Minimal

Tibi clear strap pumps

These just give me such a clinical feeling; the crisp, clean, white leather in combination with a transparent plastic ankle strap that looks a bit like a hospital wrist band. The heel is one of the few low heels that I think doesn't looks prissy; it starts at the far end of the shoe and goes straight down, which from the back looks like a continuous line upwards that visually elongates the white leather strap. Aahhh such a simple shoe on first sight but I could just rhyme blab about it all night.

Very cool shoes - actually I'm getting more and more into that height of heel, but as you said, the shape has to be just right to make it work.

I usually hate this kind of heel height but the clear strap makes up for it, beautiful shoes. Thegoodowl.blogspot.co.uk xo

Thank Genevieve and Nicole, for recommending those Jeffrey Campbell shoes, But honestly I think that a plastic shoe that is glued together for $ 150 might seem cheaper, but it will only be more expensive in the end when you'll have to replace them within a couple of months. As you have already spend 150$ you can't afford to buy something of high quality, so you'll have to replace it with a cheap pair of shoes again; and voila you're stuck in the consumption spiral called fast fashion :( Plus I've never understood how JC has gotten away from ripping off(not inspired by-nothing wrong with that) everyone from Celine to Givenchy, to Chloe, to Acne... I'm not saying that all high quality shoes must cost 500 euros or that every cheap shoe is bad quality

As a doctor I must admit they do have a clinical feeling, but in a positive meaning.

What scares me a little bit though is the plastic ankle band that would scratch skin to flesh on a summer day.

i have a pair of flats that look like those! however, they are very uncomfortable on hot summer days... the clear band sticks to your ankle and rubs it raw
